Promoting "6S" management to improve the management level of enterprise

''6S'' management is an advanced management method. Under the leadership of Chair man of board Mr. Yu, Yantai Shuchi Bus Co.,Ltd established ''6S'' promotion committee. The committee appoints Mr. Yu as the Chairman and deputy general manager as the chairman to implement ''6S'' management comprehensively. Zhongzhi First Bus Chengdu Co.,Ltd headquarter has provided strong support to enhance the company’s management. On Feb 23^rd 2016, The Navigator Consulting team settled in Shuchi to conduct systematic training of professional theory and combing with the production site to carry out practice teaching. It makes the implementation of ''6S'' theory more practical and speed up ''6S'' again.

Under the instruction of Navigator Consulting team, workers gradually accept ''6S'' theory, create a good atmosphere of ''6S'' normal management, improve the understanding and participation enthusiasm. The company also placed instruction board in each workshop, warehouse and logistics department. Relative performance appraisal system is being perfected. At the same time, ''6S'' promotion committee conduct continuous inspection and supervision to make all stuff realize the importance, durability and long-term-effect of ''6S'' and to promote continuous self improvement making ''6S'' site management gradually embark on the right way.

In 2016, when Shuchi received larger new energy bus orders. Under heavy production pressure, we overcome the difficulties and make full use of spare time to carry out ''6S'' promotion and training. After a season’s effort, ''6S'' promotion work has gained gratifying achievements.

While we are making such progress, we also found some deficiencies which helps us have a deep understanding of ''6S'' management. It is a long term and arduous task. It needs everyone’s participate and improvement. We believe that under the leadership of Chairman Yu and with the effort of all stuff, continuous improvement of "6S" management will make enterprise management towards a higher level, to lay a solid foundation to lean production management and promote rapid development of Shuchi, to improve the enterprise's core competition force!
