After several months of elaborate research and development, testing, debugging improvement. In February, 2016, Zhong Zhi New Energy Vehicle (hereinafter referred to as ZEV) two wheel-side drive buses successfully carried out the automobile brake performance, automobile radio disturbance characteristics, stable roll angle, automotive anti lock braking performance test in the National Automobile Quality Supervision & Inspection Center (Chong Qing) .   Recently, 9 wheel-side drive and 2 direct-drive type electric buses and 3 compartment type logistic models of Zhongzhi Vehicle are listed on 283 batch "vehicle production enterprises and products directory" announcement of the national MIT, opening the market of Zhongzhi Vehicle’s independent research and development new energy buses.   Zhongzhi Vehicle positively responses to the call of the national energy saving and environmental protection. It devoted to researching and developing new energy vehicles since last year, launching wheel -side drive buses, electric logistics vehicles, electric vans and other new energy models.   At present, 6,8,10m wheel-side drive electric city buses equipped with Lianteng motor and controller, Godsend LiFePo battery. The battery has a long service life with capacity from 64 to 162kwh. Electric van uses the ternary lithium battery. Battery capacity reaches 43kwh. The van can be directly charged by 220v power and a full charge will take 5 hours. The energy cost is 85% lower compared with conventional bus powered by gasoline. Recently, there was good news that ZEV got 825 units new energy buses project in Chengdu, of which 400 units will serve the project of the 2022 Chengdu Universiade.   In order to protect the blue sky, Chengdu has vigorously promoted new energy vehicles, continuously selected as the national demonstration city for the promotion & application of new energy vehicles, establish a sound system and mechanism for promoting the use of new-energy vehicles, constantly improved the supporting policies and measures system, and actively created a good promotion and use environment.
